"To Someone Like Me," Afghan Students Share Letters to Girls Around the World | National Geographic

Audio recording and voice direction for this National Geographic Society documentary following SOLA students, Afghan girls who fled the country after the Taliban banned girls from attending school in 2021. Sessions were held in a private location, recording voiceover in Pashto, Dari, and English. Guided first-time voice performers through breath work, articulation, and delivery. Several students who were initially hesitant chose to participate after hearing the experience of their peers, joining the sessions with curiosity and enthusiasm.
